We take pride in the craftsmanship of our timepieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Orient watch does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and any removed bracelet links.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
